Yes, this is currently done at no extra charge.

Most booking requests are accepted within one day of the booking. You can check the status of your booking request any time you like, but you’ll also receive email updates when things change. When a Host confirms your request, your payment will be processed and received. In the event that we decline or let your booking expire, you won’t be charged and you’re free to book a different stay.

Yes.

Unless you have credits or a coupon to use, you can’t split the total cost of your stay or experience across multiple payment methods—for example, to pay using two different credit cards. For some reservations, you may have the option to choose a payment plan. Credits and coupons can only be used for the first payment during checkout.

Check-in time is from 4am and check out time is 4pm.

Yes all our kitchens are fully equipped.

We are looking to purchase manikin, otoscope and ophthalmoscope for group practice in the house.

You can use Paypal, or pay directly through stripe with your card at the end of the booking.

Our accommodation is of very high demand hence we are flexible with refunds and can negotiate a win win for both parties depending on the reason for the refund.

We offer free linen to all our guest.

Our properties range from 5 plab 2 doctors to 8 Doctors in one property.

The houses are cleaned twice a week. Cleaning is for the kitchen, toilets and hallway. Becasue we do not take responsibility for loss of any guest possesion, Our cleaners do not go into the the guest rooms. There are vaccum in the houses for guest to vaccum their rooms themselves. Guest are expected to keep the kitchen and bathrooms tidy after use. Guest may opt to pay for our cleaners to clean their rooms in a seperate arrangement.

Guest are expected to take all linen including pillow case away from the bed at check out. if you used our linen guest are expected to put all linen in the pillow case and take it outside the room. Guest would be fined £20 for leaving the rooms untidy at check out.

You get charged for a reservation as soon as a host confirms it.

Cancellation made at least 2 weeks to arrival due to visa issues will receive full refund. Any other cancellation less than 2 weeks to arrival or for non visa issues will have a cancellation fee of 50%
